Owners Acknowledgements:

• There are architectural requirements covered by the HOA Covenants and a Board Review process as established by the board of directors.
• No work on this request shall commence until Architectural Review Committee approval has been secured.
• Any and all construction or alteration work to the subject property prior to approval of the Architectural Review Committee is strictly prohibited. The HOA Architectural Review Committee and Board of Directors reserve the right to demand a work stoppage, and possible return to original condition if work has started before approval of the Architectural Review Committee has been received.
• Approval is contingent upon construction or alterations being completed in a timely, neat, and orderly manner. Application will comply with all local ordinances related to trash removal, noise, etc. while the project is in progress.
• All proposed improvements to the property must comply with all local, City, County, or State codes. Applications for permits and approval of the code jurisdiction is the sole responsibility of the property owner.
• Any variation from the original submision must be resubmitted for approval.
• If approved, the alteration must be maintained per the Declaration of Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions for the HOA.
• The alteration will not adversely affect the proper drainage of surrounding lots or HOA common areas. Applicant will be responsible for all expenses related to the correction of any drainage problem that may arise as a result of this modification or alteration.

I certify that the above information is an accurate representation of the proposed improvements and that all work will conform to applicable codes, covenants, and standards. I also certify that the improvements will be completed in accordance with the approved application. I understand that construction is not to begin until approval has been received from the Architectural Review Committee. The Architectural Review Committee has permission to enter the property to make progress inspections as deemed necessary.
